Howard Chimko has led Regional Roof Inspections & Consulting Ltd since 1987. A Certified Engineering Technologist and A.R.C.A.–accepted roofing inspector, he brings more than three decades of experience in roofing inspection, consulting, and quality control. His expertise spans built-up roofing, modified bitumen, single-ply systems, hot rubberized membranes, shingles, tile, and metal roofing. Howard specializes in system assessments, failure analysis, re-roofing specifications, pre-purchase inspections, and expert guidance on roofing design and performance.
Richard Kerr
Senior Roofing Inspector | A.R.C.A.–Accredited
Richard Kerr is an A.R.C.A.–accepted roofing inspector, accredited roofing inspector with a strong hands-on background as a journeyman roofer. With nearly two decades of field experience and over a decade in inspection and quality control, he provides in-depth evaluations of commercial roofing systems. His experience includes inspections, failure investigations, damage assessments, maintenance planning, and expert support for roofing system performance and longevity.

Roofing Inspector | A.R.C.A. Apprentice Inspector
Ronald Benn brings hands-on industry experience to Regional Roof Inspections & Consulting Ltd as an A.R.C.A. Apprentice Inspector. A Red Seal Journeyman Flat Roofer trained through NAIT’s Roofing Apprenticeship Program, he has extensive field experience in commercial roofing installation, repair, and system evaluation. His background includes flat roofing systems, membrane installation, leak detection, blueprint interpretation, and crew supervision. Ronald supports roof system assessments, pre-purchase inspections, re-inspections prior to warranty expiration, and failure analysis, contributing practical insight grounded in real-world roofing applications.
